Canyon Pointe complex has a very nice meeting space. WiFi available free, 2 pc work stations, a fax, copier and a laser printer are available. The boardroom meeting space has a large table with seating for 6-8 an a tv with dvd/vcr is available also.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge on the weekends in the apartment but there is ample free parking across the street at  the Canyon Park shopping area. Please look for parking in the UN-COVERED spaces in the apartment parking area or go over to the mall and park. There is a Tulley's and a Starbucks so you could pick up a drink before you come over to the meeting if you wanted to. There is also a many restaurants to get some breakfast before the meeting or lunch after the meeting at Canyon Park

Take exit 26 off of 405 and then a left at 228th

PS.  If you want to bring a swimming suite and a towel you can take a dip in the apartment hot tub after the meeting if you want to and get a shower. There is also a racquet ball court if you want to play a game..
